Design and branding

The consistent use of colors, typography and logos is important in maintaining brand recognition. The use of these branding elements in our video marketing is defined through a two-point brand hierarchy:

For all brands marketing videos, we use a simple color palette by combining the primary INTO Red (HEX #E2001A) and Neutral White (HEX #F0F0F0).

For nametags (lower thirds) we use Neo Sans Bold for the speaker’s name and Lato Regular for secondary descriptive lines where we include either the speaker’s job title if it’s an academic or staff member, or country of origin if a student is speaking.

For subtitles (burned-in video captions) we use Lato Regular.

We’ve simplified logo use to just the INTO roundel which appears on the final frame of all brands videos combined with either INTO Red or reversed to display a red chevron on a white background.

All video branding assets produced centrally have been built within the Adobe Creative Suite and can be accessed via Adobe Creative Cloud. We’re also looking at making these assets available through Canva.
