INTO University Partnerships (INTO) is pleased to announce the launch of University Study Centre Dubai, in collaboration with Regent College London. This important development marks a significant step in their shared commitment to delivering flexible, accessible, and globally recognised education pathways for international students.

As part of INTO’s global strategy to address the evolving needs of learners, the new Dubai centre will allow students to commence their academic journey closer to home. Designed as a regional hub, it will serve not only students from the United Arab Emirates but also key neighbouring markets, including the GCC countries, India, Pakistan, and Thailand.

Students enrolling at the University Study Centre Dubai will undertake an International Foundation, leading to the INTO Qualifications Level 3 Diploma in Foundation Studies (INTO Qualifications Award). This programme blends academic rigour with innovative teaching methods that promote critical thinking, collaboration, and effective communication. It also strengthens students’ academic English and prepares them to thrive in diverse educational and cultural settings. By encouraging independence and confidence, the programme lays a strong foundation for lifelong academic and professional success.

All academic quality, programme design, and assessment are overseen by INTO Qualifications, the awarding body of INTO. Teaching is delivered locally at the centre. Students who complete the programme will be well-positioned to transfer to a wide selection of INTO’s university partners and affiliates worldwide, including a growing number of leading UK and US institutions. Students also have the option to continue their studies in Dubai.

“This initiative reflects our commitment to delivering smart, adaptable solutions that create meaningful value for students and their families,” said John Sykes, CEO of INTO. “By expanding choice and improving access, we are reaffirming our role as innovators in global education and strengthening the support we offer to our agent partners around the world.”

The centre brings together INTO’s extensive experience in international education with Regent College London’s regional insight and advanced, tech-enabled learning environment.

“We are proud to be partnering with INTO on this transformative initiative,” said Professor Selva Pankaj, CEO and founder of Regent Global. “Together, we are creating new opportunities for students in the region to access world-class education through a modern, supportive, and cost-effective model.”

The University Study Centre in Dubai is the first in a planned series of locations designed to deliver high-quality academic preparation and English language development, without requiring immediate international relocation. This approach lowers financial barriers while ensuring students receive the academic support they need to succeed.

INTO’s existing centres in the UK, US, and Australia remain central to its global education network. The introduction of University Study Centres represents a strategic expansion of INTO’s services, increasing the range of higher education options available to students and partners worldwide.
