Annalisa Gigante

Annalisa joined the INTO Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director in 2022 and Chairs the Remuneration and Nominations Committees. She brings a track record of commercial growth and award-winning innovation, as Chief Innovation and Technology Officer in global leading companies in Chemicals, Life Sciences and Services, including Holcim, Bekaert, DSM, and the Adecco Group.

She is Head of Innovation at International Airlines Group, and serves on the Boards of the Henry Royce Institute – the UK’s Institute for advanced materials research, Cambridge Enterprise, and the Investment Committee of the University of Cambridge’s Seed Fund. These support academics, researchers, staff and students of the University of Cambridge in achieving knowledge transfer and research impact.

Annalisa brings to INTO a wealth of experience and focus on transformation, R&D, digital and sustainable technologies, having launched cutting edge innovations in collaboration with start-ups and academia.
