The INTO advantage

We’ve been revolutionizing the international student journey since 2005 — and we’re just getting started. Our delivery on enrollment and employment outcomes for students, our market-leading recruitment infrastructure and our unparalleled mobility insights are just some of the advantages of partnership with INTO.

Cutting-edge international recruitment

We operate the most widely distributed recruitment network in the world. When universities partner with us, our staff collaborate with a network of over 2,000 recruitment partners working in more than 120 countries to expand their global reach. Our teams implement impactful recruitment campaigns that engage prospective students and their parents in personal, sustained dialogue, generating applications and converting offer-holders into enrollees.

Global reach, local presence

Our growing network of University Access Centers (UACs) offers partner institutions boots on the ground in strategic locations worldwide. Every UAC has branded facilities and dedicated representatives to help universities raise their global profiles, support enrollment growth and tap into regional agent networks. Combined with our robust recruitment infrastructure, UACs give our partners powerful, local presence worldwide.

INTO Global App and Partner Portal

The INTO Global Application is the one-stop, online application that lets prospective students apply for admission to our partner universities and pathway programs, and it helps our partners interface instantaneously with applicants on the other side of the world. Our teams use cloud-based application-processing technologies to collect and authenticate applications and documents, then forward them to universities for admission decisions. We generate in excess of 66,000 applications annually.

Our Partner Portal is the one-stop platform where we display partner university program information for education counselors, and where they submit and manage student application materials.

Excellence in student experience

From application, to arrival, to academics and beyond, the success of our partnerships depends on holistic support at every step of the student journey. Before students make the journey from their home countries to campus, they benefit from pre-arrival support services, which include comprehensive guidance on visa acquisition, university housing and other issues.

Once on campus, international students in our pathway programs benefit from high-touch student services. In the classroom, faculty prepare them to succeed in undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Out of the classroom, student experience experts help them find their footing with extra-curricular support ranging from orientation services to academic and mental health counseling.

In recruitment partnerships, we cover upfront costs and deploy resources to recruit students, process applications and manage enrollment pipelines, enabling institutions to grow and diversify their international student populations.

In our comprehensive, on-campus partnerships with leading universities in the UK, the US and Australia, we have invested in living and learning hubs for international students and the entire campus community. Universities determine what infrastructure they need to support foreign students, and we act as advisor, investor or a combination of the two to customize or develop facilities in line with the university’s global aspirations.

A culture of accountability

In every partnership, we provide detailed information to the university in terms of enrollment, retention and graduation rates. Inherent to our model is a culture of transparency and accountability, be it to our partners and their stakeholders or the students we serve. Take it as a signal of our confidence that we and the universities with which we collaborate will continue to grow — together.

An alliance of leading universities

Our global network of universities is growing every day, which means our partners have more opportunities to explore common research agendas, collaborate on curriculum development and create innovative experiences for international students and their domestic counterparts. At the core of how we operate is a profound belief that partnership opens up new possibilities. We put all our partners in a position to leverage the power of the INTO network.
