There are now more than 3,500 international students from over 100 countries at the University, making the campus a truly global community.
The University of East Anglia offers students the potential to reach their academic ambitions. Ranked among the top 15 universities in the UK (The Complete University Guide 2019) and the top 200 universities worldwide (Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2011–2019), UEA prides itself on its excellent academic and social facilities.
Part of the esteemed Norwich Research Park – one of Europe’s biggest concentrations of research in the fields of environment, health and plant science – UEA is ranked 10th in the UK for quality of research (Research Excellence Framework 2014).
Awarded TEF Gold for teaching quality in the Teaching Excellence Framework 2017, UEA is recognised as the best university for value added to study – making the biggest difference between entry and exit grades of any UK university (Guardian University Guide 2019).
Students studying on the Centre's university preparation courses have a choice of living options, including student residences within the INTO Centre, and homestay accommodation with carefully selected hosts.

Every student living in the INTO residences has access to one of several fully equipped communal kitchens on each floor. Meal plans are available for the Centre's very own fully halal restaurant.
