As INTO repositions itself in the international Higher Education sector, we have a new role for a Director, Sales Strategy and Special Projects to be based in either the UK or Asia

CRM Manager

  • As INTO repositions itself to broaden its capabilities and engages more directly with its students, you’ll focus on delivering best in class CRM campaigns, with a focus on constant evolution and stakeholder management. 

 

  • The CRM Manager will help define and deliver the CRM strategy, with a focus on improving customer communications at every touchpoint of the user journey, both through your team and by working closely with the wider CRM team. 

 

  • This is a hands-on role that includes prioritising and deciding what campaigns to run, analysing results of campaigns for continuous growth and improvement as well as looking for opportunities and spotting future trends in CRM.   

 

This position is ideally suited to you if you have a strong ability to manage stakeholders expectations, at all levels of the business. You should be naturally analytical and comfortable working with and interpreting large volumes of data. 

You'll have the ability to look at CRM campaigns through both a creative and strategic lense.

Software Tester

  • Ideally suited to someone truly passionate about automation testing

INTO develops, maintains and operates a range of external-facing customer portals and application forms to provide and grow digital interactions with our customer. This post will play a key role as a member of an Agile development team testing new developments and supporting live functionality of Salesforce.  

The Software Tester will help with testing, building and maintaining of Salesforce, as we move from manual testing to automation testing. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the initial development and ongoing evolution of those systems and processes, supporting the Test Manager and wider Business Systems team.  

You will create and document test cases and scripts, execute and report on testing and liaising with both end users and developers throughout the testing process. 

This is an excellent opportunity if you have testing experience and want to join a team that will allow you room to grow, coach and support youIn addition:

Senior Finance Advisor

As the Senior Finance Advisor, you’ll be part of the Central Accounting Team who are responsible for processing all accounting transactions for UK HQinternational operations and UK Centres. 

Supporting the Senior Financial Accounting Manager, you’ll ensure that complete and accurate financial information is provided for your area of responsibility.  

  • Transactional accounting and operational support for HQ specific accounting processes and cycles. 
  • Responsible for creating the recharge invoice schedule for HQ and ensuring the revenue is correctly accrued or deferred and reconciled against budget. 
  • Liaising with the Business partners to ensure accuracy of the monthly management accounts. 
  • Supporting cash management, analysis & treasury reporting.

Data Hub Analyst

Role context 

As the Data Hub Analyst, you will be developing report and analyses for an exciting new initiative to build a large-scale data ecosystem. Working alongside a new team and with cloud technology you will help launch a range of new digital offerings to be offered to our global customer base of students and universities across the globe. 

 

Reporting line 

The role reports to the Data Hub Manager. 

 

Job purpose 

This role has a key responsibility for reporting on and quality assuring large volumes of data sources collected from external systems. The role is also responsible for helping end-users with data queries and occasional support of the Data Hub Engineering team. 

 

Key accountabilities and duties 

  • Supporting the Data Hub team with maintenance of Power BI and SQL Server and related reporting systems, helping to ensure a useful and reliable reporting function for the business 
  • Developing Power BI reports based on specification from the business 
  • Working with the Data Hub team to assess the validity of reporting metrics and outputs, and the usability of production reports 
  • Developing and maintaining clear and concise documentation for both internal customers (covering BAU processes and systems) and external customers (covering usage of reports and metrics) 
  • Assisting in the building, documentation and execution of test cases and scripts for Data Hub reports and systems

IT Developer (temporary)

We are looking for a Developer to lead on a major migration project comprised of two objectives:

  1. Transition from legacy local server to new server environment

Job purpose

Job purpose 

The Manager, Inside Sales will lead our team of Inside Sales Specialists. 

Role and responsibilities 

  • Manages, leads, mentors, and trains a team of business development representatives, providing real-time, detailed guidance and feedback. 
  • Takes a disciplined approach to process and operations, through high levels of direct observation, inspection, and analytics to meet key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Works with the VP, Global Inside Sales to identify opportunities for better process and/or structure to drive improved efficiency and work cross-functionally to implement. 
  • Strategically partners with Digital Marketing team to develop strong pipelines consistent with overall INTO sales processes and specific prospect strategies. 
  • Maintains full fluency in INTO suite of products and services and how they are sold to deliver value in the marketplace.
