International enrollment

Since the launch of the partnership, here has been a 211% increase in the number of new undergraduate international students studying at the university since the launch of the partnership — growing faster than the Russell Group and nearly two times faster than the UK higher education sector average. The cumulative tuition impact on the UK higher education sector of students who progressed from INTO Newcastle University to further study is estimated to be £215.1 million.

Student success

INTO Newcastle University students overwhelmingly enjoy their time at INTO Newcastle — 94% indicated overall satisfaction. In 2019-20, 88% of all Pathway students were eligible to progress to Newcastle University.
